Eat 3 healthy meals a day. It will help you get to the weight you want to be in a healthy way that isn't dangerous to your body. It will also help keep your energy up which will help with exercising and cheerleading.
Don't overwork yourself. If you feel too tired one day, take a break from workouts for just that one day. Let your body relax every once in awhile.
Good luck with #13; I know you can do it and I really hope you do soon :)
